Thread border router not detected

Check why a Thread border router is missing from your Matter setup.

Checklist

  1. Confirm the hub actually supports Thread border routing, not just Matter control.
  2. Update the hub firmware and the mobile app used for pairing.
  3. Keep IPv6 enabled on the local network.
  4. Avoid isolated guest Wi-Fi during setup.
  5. Retry commissioning near the Thread border router.
